Bar & Lounge
Our bar & lounge provide a relaxed atmosphere for replaying the day’s golf with a choice from an impeccable selection of beer, stouts, spirits, and wine, overlooking the 1st tee & 18th green and the natural terrain of the course as a vista.
Managed by Bernie Scully, the team in the bar and lounge is always pleased to welcome visitors. You will always find a friendly face, a chat, and extremely efficient service whether you want to sit down to read the newspaper, have a chat over a coffee with your friends, or just take in the beautiful surroundings.
You can also watch live sports after your round on our large-screen televisions while being served your favourite drinks.
A beverage can be enjoyed ‘al fresco’ on the veranda on a summer’s evening overlooking the lush green parkland course.
Gihan’s Eatery Restaurant
The restaurant is open to the public and offers excellent food in a relaxed and gracious atmosphere.
The very talented chef Gihan, who is originally from Sri Lanka, joined the Castletroy team in 2018 and has transformed the menu where ‘East meets West’.
Gihan’s Eatery provides a Sunday lunch, breakfast options, daily lunch, evening light bites/dinners, and casual dining. The restaurant is child friendly with a relaxed dress code.
PRIVATE FUNCTIONS
The restaurant is also available for special functions, such as birthdays, christenings, confirmations, retirements, etc.
Catering deliveries can also be arranged to a location of your choice.
